Rule #4: Moving a fork around
Fig 90 introduces two more Wangfork concepts and techniques: VATLs and anchor-lots, which make it possible to utilize computer power to do the tedious work of searching and comparing, and greatly speed up a Wangfork user’s process of selecting fork anchors.
Fig 91 shows steps of Rule #4 for moving a fork anchor label from a Leaf pivot. With the help of VATLs, the user can quickly and easily select the intended fork anchor and move it to a new location (pivot). Figures below show an example of moving an A-fork to the right. ( Note: VATLs are not drawn on chart to save 1 button and 1 step ).
