Rule #4.1: Moving a fork anchor from a BudN pivot
Rule #4 is for moving a fork anchor from a Leaf pivot. If a user applies it to move a fork anchor from a budN pivot, Wangfork would find N anchor labels at the pivot after step 410) and does not know which label to select and move.
As shown in Fig 110 below, Rule #4.1 is for moving a fork anchor from a non-LSC budN pivot. It adds an extra Q&A step 415) (shown in Fig 115) to allow the user to tell Wangfork which anchor label to select and move. See an example below of moving an A-fork to the right.
