Rule #1: Generating a Std fork
Fig. 22 introduces two Wangfork concepts and techniques: VPTLs and pivot-lots, which make it possible to utilize computer power to do the hard work of searching and comparing and greatly speed up a Wangfork user’s process of selecting pivots for fork anchors.
Fig 30 (40) shows the steps of Rule #1 A (V) for generating a standard A (V) -fork. Using button [Fork] and with the help of VPTLs, the user can quickly and easily generate an A (V) -fork without drawing errors as shown in examples below.
